Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Putt Putt Mini (the “App”), published by Beapnow (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App Store is also subject to Apple’s terms and policies.

The App

Putt Putt Mini is a standalone mini-golf game for Apple Watch. Features may include offline play, local progress and score history, watch complications, and optional unlockable course packs.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of the App over time. We will try to keep the free Meadow Mini experience playable without a purchase.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App, except where applicable law allows
• Rent, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security, licensing, or purchase systems
• Use the App in any unlawful way or in violation of Apple’s platform rules

In-App Purchases

Optional course packs and any other paid items are offered as In-App Purchases processed by Apple via StoreKit / the App Store. Prices are shown in the App Store or in-app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

• Payment. Apple handles billing. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Delivery. Purchased course packs unlock within the App for the Apple ID that completed the purchase. Use Restore Purchases in the Course Shop if needed.
• Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies. Contact Apple Support for purchase issues.
• Free content. Meadow Mini remains available without purchasing a course pack.

Privacy

How the App handles information is described in our Privacy Policy. Progress is stored on your devices. We do not require an account to play.

Intellectual property

The App, including its name, design, artwork, code, course layouts, and branding, is owned by Beapnow or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

“Putt Putt Mini”, “Beapnow”, and related marks are used to identify our products. Apple, Apple Watch, App Store, and watchOS are trademarks of Apple Inc., used here only to describe platform compatibility.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beapnow and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App or related In-App Purchases in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) ten US dollars (USD $10). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Beapnow from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your license if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Beapnow operates its business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
